Price: $500 flat fee

Virtual Car Buying Concierge
Full remote car buying support — including vehicle search, price negotiation, contract review, and delivery coordination.
Price: $1,000 flat fee

(50% deposit ($500) due at booking; remaining $500 due after vehicle pickup or delivery)

On-Site Car Buying Concierge
Expert in-person representation at the dealership, including vehicle inspections, negotiations, contract review, and paperwork handling.
Price: $3,500 flat fee

(50% deposit ($1,750) due at booking; remaining $1,750 due prior to dealership visit or vehicle delivery)

All service fees collected are non-refundable once work begins. If you need to reschedule or delay your service, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months.

No. Our fees are flat rates with no hidden costs. Any additional services or upgrades will be clearly explained beforehand.

Q: How quickly can we start after booking?
In most cases, we can begin the process within 1 business day. For time-sensitive purchases, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Q: Are your fees refundable if I decide not to buy a car?
Our fees cover the time and expertise provided, so they are generally non-refundable. However, if your situation changes, we’re happy to apply your fee toward future services within a set time frame.

Q: Is there a price difference between new and used car services?
No. Whether you’re buying new or pre-owned, our pricing remains the same because the process and expertise involved are equally thorough.
