After selecting your service package, we confirm the details and provide a clear agreement.

• Car Buying Deal Analysis: $250 flat fee — full payment due at booking.

• Virtual Car Buying Concierge: $500 flat fee — 50% deposit due at booking, remaining due after vehicle pickup or delivery.

• On-Site Car Buying Concierge: $2,000 flat fee — 50% deposit due at booking, remaining due prior to dealership visit or vehicle delivery.

Once the payment is processed, your service begins after confirmation.

• We gather all necessary details about your desired vehicle, dealer, and purchase terms.
• If using Virtual Car Buying Concierge or On-Site Car Buying Concierge, we begin market research to find the best car deals and options.

• We review your car deal, contract, and pricing to identify hidden fees or problem areas.
• We negotiate directly with the car dealer on your behalf to secure the best terms.

• We ensure all paperwork is correct and complete.
• In most cases, you will visit the dealership to sign the final documents in person.
• In some situations, remote signing may be available, depending on the dealer’s process and your location.
• We coordinate delivery or pickup of your vehicle.
• You drive away confident in your purchase.

All service fees collected are non-refundable once work begins. If you need to reschedule or delay your service, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months.
